I had an initial interview with the recruiter. It was another two weeks before I had the next 2 interviews. One with leadership and another with the dev team. I followed up several times. Eventually I decided to withdraw my application. It had been two months since initial contact and I was pretty much ghosted. I totally understand if I'm not a fit for the team, but please give me the courtesy of letting me know. That said, IDEXX is a very interesting and successful company, and I might apply again as the team members I met appeared competent and fun.
