They suffer from paralysis analysis. You’ll spend 80% of your time in meetings and sprint related planning and won’t have any time to code. Or they will tell you you have too many story points and then let you sit for two weeks doing nothing. They don’t recognize the good coders and reward the poor performers. They don’t even know what taken they already have on staff. The environment is toxic. You should feel lucky you didn’t get it.
