Pretty laid back...they basically just want to get an understanding of your design process...they were looking for someone with character work like Santa Claus, Raindeers etc etc but too my understanding a very demanding work place.

The interview itself was a very comfortable, friendly video chat conversation with the creative director and my manager-to-be! HR had already asked me a few questions on the phone prior to (when they said IG wanted to set up an interview), so most of what we talked about was my portfolio, capabilities, etc. I really hit it off with them, felt very comfortable talking with them & asking them some questions too. They even gave me a little sneak peek of the studio. Pretty much immediately following this I was issued an art test in which I had to create 2 repeat patterns. I was able to complete it during a very busy time of my life, so I think the time & parameters given were very reasonable. I was offered the job a few days after submitting that.
