There is one initial call from HR in order to have a brief conversation with you and describe you The job you will be doing. If they feel that you can be a key candidate, they will schedule for you 2-3 round in person meetings with senior management to test your knowledge and your potential for the position applied.

It really depends one the person you will be meeting. But, most of the time they asked me about my previous job to see if what I did will help me to achieve the tasks of the new job.
first round is with HR, including introduction, then some cv questions. then second round is with hiring manager and his team . they introduced themselves and asked more work related questions.

Entrevista
The Interview process was quick and easy. I spoke to numerous executives on the related team and received beneficial insight into the position as well as the company. Each interviewer was extremely personable and made the process comfortable for me. The questions asked were not the typical questions normally found in a regular interview. The questions were based around my life, the job itself, how I see myself fitting in to the culture, and how I can make the company a different place that it is when I arrived.
