interview went OK. Next job was told over the phone I had passed the interview and would be sent out an offer letter - One month later was still waiting! This company is an absolute joke. If they offer you a job, insist on a formal offer letter straight away or walk away

The first interview was focused on company culture and general behavior/resume review.
The second interview was a 45 min technical conversation with the hiring manager.
The final interview was with the hiring managers boss, and there was a 30 min conversation talking about specifics within the company
