The process involved application, phone screen with the recruiter and an interview with VP of employee relations and the corporate attorney. The recruiter called back to discuss my interest and to set up an onsite interviews with three of the managers in the organization. The recruiter contacted me and said they were interested in me for the position, we reviewed the terms and the location for the position. a verbal offer was made and I was given a couple of days to give them my decision.
