Well I was invited to a meeting room , speaking with the IT manager and HR manager. They were asking questions about my background and experience. They were trying to see If I fit inside their company like personality wise. There was no trick questions being asked.

was simple. already knew most of company it system. Teh interview was ostly about my personality not really IT related. My ability to work in a team, the way I would prioritize my work and organize my work. How i deal with challenges...
