L'entretien est plutôt informel et se déroule dans un environnement décontracté. Pas beaucoup de question plutôt une description du poste et de la façon de travailler d'IKEA. J'ai d'abord été contacte par telephone, puis j'ai reçu un lien pour un test de personnalité et ensuite un entretien face to face à été fixé. Je n'ai pas reçu d'offre ni de feedback après l'entretien et ne recevoir aucune explication m'a un peu déçu.

My interview process started with a phone interview from a company recruiter she asked a lot of great qualifying questions and I was able to speak freely this interview lasted about 20 minutes. Then there was the in-person interview followed by the grandparent interview which was the final interview after which I was made an offer that I accepted.
