Was called on the phone and set up for an in-person interview. Interviewed with the department head and another department employee. Easy going interview. Mostly typical interview questions read from a sheet of paper. Both interviewers were friendly and approachable. Overall, a standard, basic interview as expected from the type of company. Was called for a second interview to meet with the store manager, but they would not accommodate me (I was leaving for a family weekend getaway the day before). Never got a call back to reschedule. Found it ridiculous that they overlooked me for the position because I was not available to interview at the exact time and day they wanted, but would have been available only a few days later.
