Phone Interview- The interviewer was late by ten minutes. I thought the interview went pretty well but I was not approved for the next level and no feedback provided. I asked a couple of question-related to the career progression within the function and her answer clearly reflected her ignorance. First level screening is important for both company and candidate and and as a job aspirant, I feel disaapointed.
