Good, 3-4 month process
They asked basic questions for technical round, totally they took 4 round of interview 2-technical and 2-hr round and due to covid situation whole process was online .
Aptitude and technical rounds through skype and in technical round concepts of concrete structures and lateral loading and in aptitude mostly reasoning type questions and it's a nice experience example like puzzles and in technical about slabs
