The assessment day is long process, which involves several activities like group discussion, presentation and one on one interviews. It also involves taking the psychometric test again they give you a diagram and you are supposed to figure out what the part is and how would it fit.

Online video, quick and easy. Would apply to something like this again. Things went smoothly. No interviewer was through videos. Questions asked made sense. Seemed to give a good idea of the company.
