One in-person interview with a manager. Very low-key and informal. One in-person interview with two client reps and the same manager that conducts the first interview. This interview is intimidating. Client asks pointed questions to illicit a reaction/ see how you perform under pressure. You are judged based on your clothes (girls must wear dresses and heels). You may or may not get the position based on how the client feels that day, not based on your qualifications or performance in the interview.
