Such a strange interview. Three hours interview with three different people. I perfectly answered all the questions of the first two interviews as it was exactly the job I had been doing in one of the top Pharmaceutical companies for 5 years. The last interview was a disaster. A very cold employee just sat in front of me acting like he is already my Boss!
Giving me 6 different cases on paper with a calculator and a pen. No Computer for complex calculations!!!
And all the time he was looking at all my writings and calculations to the point that I really became nervous. It was so unprofessional and humiliating.
Sorry for the HR Of this big company that put the qualified candidates under this circumstances for just a job interview.

Pergunta 1
What is the revenue of company X if they launch product Y after 3 years with unit price of Z.
This question wasn’t the case it was asked during the interview.
HR round and Hiring manager round -
HR round was simple asking general HR questions.
Hiring manager asked questions on my experience, internships and skill. At last 2 business case studies relatively easy.

Entrevista
Had an interview with a recruiter for a position I was likely overqualified for. A couple of things to beware of:
- Misleading Compensation: The salary range posted online is significantly higher than what is actually being offered. When I spoke to the recruiter, the absolute "hard cap" was actually in the middle of the advertised salary range, even for a "superstar candidate". This lacks transparency and honestly wasted both my time and the recruiters time.
- Unprofessional Advice: The recruiter offered unsolicited advice on how I should communicate my "career desires" to my current employer before looking for new employers. It felt like a major overstep.

Have you told your current manager you are looking for a new type of role?
The interview format is standard and predictable, consisting mainly of familiar competency, behavioural, and experience-oriented questions designed to evaluate your professional background and alignment with the role’s requirements. Standard. process
