Interview process was OK: headhunter screening, initial call with manager, on-site interview. However, staff was very clear that company owner/CEO makes the last call on hiring. Owner/CEO was not available on day of interview due to sickness and hiring manager decided to skip that step with me. Felt like process was there to cater to owner/CEO with little input from actual staff interviews. Only generic reply was lack of experience in field.
