I applied by submitting my resume via email (answering a job posting). Within a week, I received a telephone call for a face-to-face interview. The HR manager and the employee that was in the current role conducted the interview. The interview lasted an hour. I was informed that they are interviewing several candidates and the top ones will come back to interview with one of the executives who was at the time on travel.
