Started with a phone screening, then went to on site interview a week later. After the on site interview, was asked to conduct a case study over the phone / email, then lastly another on site interview with the CEO. I like the company and the mission. However it seemed unorganized, was told the average work was 10 hours a day and the pay wasn't worth the hours / was told could not negotiate the salary. Declined offer due to hours and low pay. Also the fact that I had to go on site twice, was an unnecessary hassle, as I was coming from Rhode Island.
