Entrevista
The whole process took two days and was divided into three different rounds.
1. Online Aptitude Test : This comprised of general aptitude such as quantitative, logical reasoning, verbal as well as core technical questions. 127 candidates were short listed.
2. Group Discussion : Groups were divided into 15 candidates per group, out of which 1 or 2 candidates cleared the round. Total 26 candidates cleared the round.
3. Personal Interview : Both the technical and HR interview took place at a time. The interview was basically focused on the technical depth and knowledge of the candidate along with a few HR questions.
Total 5 students got recruited in the end.

Entrevista
There are a total of 3 rounds in the selection process. The first round is an online assessment, followed by TR and HR rounds. The interview and assessment are not too hard knowing the fundamentals of java and sql are enough to clear the rounds.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and relatively easy. Most of the questions were based on my project experience and the skills mentioned in the job description. The interviewer focused on understanding my practical knowledge, problem-solving approach, and basic concepts related to the role.
The ITC Infotech interview process was highly challenging, focusing on strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and real-time scenarios. Questions were in-depth, requiring clarity, confidence, and practical knowledge under pressure. It didnt really feel relevant or necessary for the package and the role.
