Submit CV and Cover Letter. I then had to prepare a report on the role of hydrogen and a 10 min presentation on a previous project that I managed. After the 10 mins we spent time discussing the project and had questions on different aspects of it, ie cost management, risk management, etc...

How big of a budget have you managed before and how did you manage it? Describe a project you have managed in the past?
A comprehensive interview process with clear communication about the role. Helped me to know what the company wants and how I fit in in the future development of its products.
