Managerial Round: The managerial round evaluated my leadership skills, team collaboration, and project management experience. It was an insightful discussion that highlighted the company's emphasis on effective team management and innovative solutions.
HR Round: The HR round covered cultural fit, company values, and career aspirations. The HR team was friendly and provided a clear picture of the company’s work culture and benefits.
