I was called for an screening interview for a senior role. I was given the recruiters details for follow up questions and told I would hear more in 24/48 hours. 4 days later I followed up with no response. A week later I got an automated response about not progressing from workday. After reaching out the recruiter for feedback, I again, did not receive a response. Highly unprofessional.

Internal recruiter contacted me; 30-minute Phone Screen with internal recruiter. On-site interview with Hiring Manager (2 hours); Day of interviews with executive leadership team. Also met with HR Director for one-hour structured interview.
