Applied online. Contacted by recruiter if meet all requirements via email. Recruiter sets up an interview call to discuss job/benefits/training/hours/asks if you are still interested. Then he/she sets up a face to face interview at the center you applied for. Manager was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable along with the employees that worked there. Manager asked me to follow a nurse right after my interview. I got to witness a patient getting lip injections. Was very impressed with how the interview went. I then contacted the recruiter to tell him I’m very interested and thought everything went well. Two weeks later I emailed recruiter again to see if he heard back from anyone. The next day he called me and offered me the job! Was so happy and I’m so excited to grow in this company!
