Good experience interviewing into a transparent group. I love that I had the chance to job shadow with a few people which let me make sure this was really a job that I was interested in taking.

Refreshing interview process, you are obviously applying to a company that cares and wants to make sure you are a good fit but equally, that the company is a good fit for you. In the handful of interviews I attended at other companies, this was the only company that had me interview with a employee member of the culture committee to make sure I would fit the strong culture.
