This is one of my favorite questions. I am Human Resource Professional, and I handle the good and the bad. At any given time you may talk to an individual who felt I was fair and you make talk to an individual who may think I was unfair. The key is in asking what questions would you ask the General Manager? How was my communication? Organizational skills? This is a board question for the person being interviewed. I have asked the interviewer to be more precise in who he is calling, why they are calling and what information are they trying to obtain.
