NO NEGATIVE I don't know how to stress this enough. Say the group member was struggling due to his personal reasons and I decided to help them through with their part to keep the team moving forward. Don't ever say I decided to do it on my own because in the real world you will undermine your co worker and make them and the team look bad and inefficient.
