I expect to be fully ramped and managing a healthy short term and long term pipeline at this point so I discussed the importance of learning the product initially by studying and shadowing successful AEs. I understand the importance of building customer relationships in this role so gaining an understanding of the clients in my territory and customer success stories will be critical as well as attending as many customer events as possible and getting out into my territory early and often.
