The interview process was wonderful. I entered into the building and was greeted by a very friendly and happy team. After I introduced myself and my reason for being there, the manager came out and introduced himself. Even though I had filled out an online application, I was still asked to do a paper application which is not uncommon and I obliged. Once the paper application was completed, I was brought into the manager's office. When we talk about interviews, we are usually taught how to do the S.T.A.R. method. Throw that out the window here. The entire interview was very smooth. It was more of a conversation between two people about their life experiences. From what I could discern, the manager was getting a feel for how I interacted with others and I enjoyed this approach a lot more than being drilled with question after question that would require generic answers. After the conversation, you are given information about the company, the benefits, everything. Any question you have, will be answered truthfully.
