The only think that I would add is that Pyramid told the client I would be here at 12pm for the interview and they told me 1pm. Had I have not printed out the email and taken it with me to my interview the client would have thought I was an hour late, and I would not have got the position. When I got to the interview they had given up on me and were getting ready to leave for lunch.
