It was a scholar program. I was required to attend a plant tour in Lompoc. Then I had to do a presentation on a project I did in school or internship followed by one interview with HR.

Interviewed by the manager directly over the phone, simple and quick, got hired immediately after the phone call, no technical questions asked. Job is boring as hell and the overall atmosphere of the office is dead. Don't recommend if you actually want to learn something.

Was interviewed by a recruiter and lab manager in January 2015. Asked basic interview questions, nothing odd or specific. Lasted about 45 minutes, was given personal business card at the end to contact manager when I chose a job under his plant location.
