Initially telephone-screened by HR Manager and was set-up for a first interview with 2 x Directors who conducted a competency-based interview (CBI) over MS Teams. Then heard back from HR 2-weeks later for a 2nd interview where final questions were put forward and a decision-to-hire made on the spot by the Directors.
