In 1:1 round they will ask you basic questions and will ask you to write pseudo code for the problem. In Telephonic round they will start from Basic to Advanced level and it can continue upto 1 or 1.5 Hrs. Managerial round was less technical and more about the approach you take to solve the given problem.
