In emails / application process, I was asked how I scored on standardized tests (SAT, ACT, AP). In person I was asked about my history of working one-on-one with students (as opposed to classroom teaching).

I supplied the SAT scores I received in high school (strong but not perfect). For my history of working one-on-one, I spoke generally about my desire to do more of such work when I was in public education and offered some specific examples of students with whom I had worked one-on-one.
