The interview process was very straightforward and almost casual in nature. There were only two rounds of interview before an offer was made. The whole hiring process took about 3 weeks.

First round with recruiter, where a rosy picture of new technology, and innovation was painted. Second round with director to discuss background, and rank myself from 1-10 on each tech. Third round was the same director and a senior dev on the team. The same 1-10 ranking questions were asked, except this time we played buzzword bingo. Each interview revealed that much of the job would be working with old technology vs Azure, micro-services, React, etc which was listed on the JD. Another thing that was disappointing is the recruiter confirmed before I started the interview process this was 2 interviews, then an offer. After the second interview they dropped a take home project on me. Complete waste of time and consistent with the negative reviews I should have listened to on Glassdoor.
