I met with the hiring manager and one peer. This has changed. You now meet with a panel of peers in the process. They will ask you a number of random questions. These will be different depending upon what they come up with. Peer interviews can go smoothly if there is an experienced manager/interviewer present. Otherwise, some can be awkward. Plan ahead what you want to say so you can lead the interview if the group is made up of peers who lack experience in this area.
