I recently had my first interview at interworks.cloud and I want to share how it went. Even though I ended up accepting a job offer from another company and didn't go on to more interviews, Right from the start, the person interviewing me, Rania, was really friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable, letting me talk about myself and my technical background without interrupting. Which made me feel valued as a candidate. The interviewer also shared with me the full details of the company's products and the requirements for the given position. Two more steps were to follow before the offer. An assesment and a technical interview. Overall, my first interview left me with a highly favorable impression of the company. While I had to decline further interviews due to accepting another offer, I believe that the assessment and technical interview stages would have been conducted fairly and professionally.
