It was decent professional interview. They judge you on the basis of your communication and interpersonal skills. First HR round then Accounts written test, Manager round before negotiation round. They send Everyone to Mysore for 21 days training initially.

Campus placement - had Qand A session around 120 questions in MCQ pattern having questions relating to maths, English, logical reasoning. Had group discussion round and essay writing round post that 1to1 interview. It was a one day interview process
