First a Recruiter would do a telephonic screening which is typically around 20mins and if found suitable forwards it to Hiring manager. If acceptable by Hiring Manager next interview will be scheduled. Upon clearing this interview HR interview will be scheduled. If cleared there will be additional two interviews at each senior levels to the Hiring Manager. After which there will be a final discussion with HR to finalize the paper work and get appointed.
