very bad as they called without prior intimation and after rescheduling they never called again. not all professional attitude from HR even after sending emails no proper response. no proper response on call
Normally selection process has below mentioned stages. Once candidate completes all these steps, a offer letter issues by a recruitment team. 1.Resume screening 2. First interview round by hiring manager 3. Client interview round 4. HR interview round
