It was rather weird. Got an email from the HR person to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was very pleasant and lasted 45 mins (was supposed to be 15). At the end of the call, she told me to come the next week for a face-to-face interview with the Support team directors. Interview was also good, pleasant .. Maybe too pleasant. Was told I will be contacted in two weeks. Didn't hear from them until I sent a followup, I got a reply to the email that the position was filled. I sent an email asking about the reason of rejection and I didn't receive any reply.
