Although I did not get an offer, Fortress seems to be a quality organization with a great culture, growth, and opportunity. The in-person interview was intimidating walking in - but it turned out to be a positive and truly enjoyable experience. Everyone I talked to was friendly, genuine, welcoming. It made me want the job even more post-interview. Truthfully, I went in somewhat intimidated by the "senior" position and unfortunately sold myself a bit short when it counted most - but hey, live and learn. I highly recommend taking a swing at working for this company!
