Applied for position through a coworker. HR called shortly after that in order to set up an interview. Interview with HR was mostly a personality/info check. I got a call back shortly after for an interview with Estimating manager which more closely analyzed my skill set. I got a call back a week later with the offer at which point I accepted the offer.

I found Inpro through a staffing service who directed me to this position. I had one interview over the phone, and I came in for a face-to-face interview for about 30 minutes-1 hour.
