After the initial HR screening, they invited for the F2F discussion at their Hyderabad office. It was on a weekday, around 10 people turned up for the interview. The interview process is of three rounds: written, technical, managerial rounds with each being an elimination round. It's a long process, prepare to lose your entire day for this interview. They gave snacks in between which is better. Written test consists of Aptitude, logical, verbal, Technical questions. It lasted about 1.5 hours. Almost, everyone cleared the test and then they invited for F2F with the hiring manager. Basically, they are looking for folks who are all rounders in technical, functional, client interaction, project management, business analysis etc.
Pros:
Give it a try, if you have no other options. Be prepared to cater an entire day. If you're a outstation candidate prefer to give a miss. There is no great culture here.
Cons:
Have a clear cut Job description on what you want from a candidate. Don't expect folks to get to know everything. Please don't waste the weekend time of both candidate and your's. If your intention is to know what they're use telephonic round an option.
Advice to management:
Not everyone can have length and breadth in their respective technologies they work. A technical guy can go to any length to fulfill a requirement, likewise a functional guy has to learn the breadth of requirements as he has to face the client. DOn't expect people to know the length and breadth of everything on what they have on their resume
