After 5 rounds that included a role play and 2 tasks completed (one of which was quite extensive) it’s unexpected to get a rejection, but here I am. It was very frustrating, 3 out of 4 people I spoke with were late to the meeting, and at the final meeting with company CRO he was late for over 30 minutes. The company is still growing in the region, so the team is very lean and I liked that, also the local director is really inspiring and seems to be truly inspired and dedicated. Recruiter was also very professional and supportive and explained the process nicely, and we really had a connect with the local managing director, but it seems like the decision is after CRO, who I think from the very beginning looked like he did not want to talk to me at all.

Lots of shuffling of meeting times. Recruiter was good but hiring managers and interviewers seemed questionable. Leaning towards the unprofessional side and communication skills were not great. Was clear that the company was basically a sweatshop.
