The interviewer tried to sell me on going out with co-workers and pyramid pay scale rather than the job itself. I tried to ask more detail about the daily job responsibilities and was given round about answers. Office environment was not very welcoming. They know who they want (or don't want) by a first glance when you walk in the door.

Awesome interview process and smooth; the team was great overall, I am still in process but super awesome and welcoming. They definitely bring a lot of energy and are very warm and welcoming employees overall.
