I was contacted by phone that was followed up by a phone call expressing interest in interviewing me for the position. I had to submit an upgraded resume. After that I had to submit to a drug test. Upon passing that I participated in a group interview by phone with several other candidates. The following Monday I was in training for Remote Support for AT&T thru Plumchoice of Massachusetts. I was volunteered to switch to the Verizon team because of need.
