Be careful. I had nothing against my interviewer, who seemed pleasant and friendly. However, this company is not above intentionally withholding information from you until you're there in person. I wasted gas and mileage driving from northwest Houston to downtown. The first thing I heard was that the position I applied for had been filled. As a job seeker, this is a soul-crushing thing to hear right out of the gate. I wasn't invested in the rest of the interview, as they had just proven to me that they were not to be fully trusted. I was then asked some stuff that I'd already answered, such as salary expectations and what sort of work I was searching for. Again, nothing against my interviewer. I suspect that they just acted according to policy. But if they call you in for an in-person assessment, know that you might get blindsided by the fact that they don't actually have your position open. Insight Global claims that they will keep me in mind for open positions that fit my profile, but this is literally what every company says. I unfortunately have little faith in what I was told after the stunt they pulled.
