Everyone at Insight Global was nice but obviously had little to no regard for my time. I interviewed with a team 3 times over the course of a month and was lead on the entire time. One of the interviews was even in person at the headquarters and they gave me a tour and lunch. They seemed to want to hire me but gave me a poor excuse of why they weren't going to.

Very kind recruiter. Initial phone screening and then 30 minute call with the recruiter to prep for a second interview. I felt like they were trying to tell me exactly what to say for the interview, which made me uncomfortable and wondered why they did not just want my honest response. They also said that most of the interview should be "small talk" which I thought was poor advice. I wanted to be tested on whether or not they thought my merit was enough to deserve the role, not if I knew how to ask someone about their weekend. I dropped out.
