I was contacted through an online resume and immediately felt comfortable with how my recruiter presented an opportunity with me. She didn't leave out any questionable details and was able to get all my concerns addressed in a timely fashion. Once hearing about the position, I met with her in her Dallas office and spoke to the account manager on this position. They had passed my information along to the hiring manager and I was immediately set up with a face to face interview that next week! The face to face interview was with the hiring manager and two other employees in management of the department I was interviewing for. The process was quick, professional and I was in the door in two weeks.
