Initial interview was a 1 on 1 with a college recruiter that lasted no more than twenty minutes...and that was with me asking a good amount of questions about the job. The recruiter was very nice but it was clear that he was just reviewing my personality. I would have pursued the opportunity further, but I did a little more digging and found out that this just wasn't for me. From what I saw from the reviews I've seen (be wary of the positive ones...it seems that their HR is all over this site) it looks like this company is a churn-and-burn. Would be a great opportunity for people who are comfortable in this environment , but if you aren't totally committed to signing your life away for a year or more, don't even bother.
