Submitted resume, was contacted by team lead for a phone interview. After phone interview, was passed along to recruiter, who helped me through the rest of the process. I completed a "data challenge," which was more of a strategy case study that involved thinking through and creating a presentation for the team to review. I was disappointed that upon completing the case study, I was told I was no longer being considered due to lack of evidence of my analytical skills. I did not feel that my analytical skills were evaluated effectively or appropriately during this process. The communication from the recruiter was also infrequent and unclear.
